Each piece is made from a brown speckled stoneware or buff clay and fired to cone 6. All pieces are hand thrown, carved, sculpted, and/or glazed by hand. This makes each piece a unique one-of-a-kind find. All items are made with 100% lead and cadmium free glazes. They are food, microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Please note that rapid temperature changes may result in broken pottery. We recommend preheating your item with your oven provide a slower transition to heat. Hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the pieces. Some pieces have more intricate details that could be prone to breaking if the piece is mishandled. We always recommend treating your precious, one-of-a-kind pieces with care! (Some pieces may contain other materials that make them unsafe for food, microwaves, and dishwashers. Such as magnets and some seconds. This will be disclosed in the product descriptions.)
